Today we meet General Butt-Naked, a Liberian ex-warlord turned Evangelist preacher. Famed for sending his child-soldiers into battle wearing nothing but their shoes, Joshua Blahyi (that’s his real name by the way) has killed over 30, 000 people and would often drink the blood of an innocent child as a pre-battle ritual.
In this chapter he shows Shane and the guys how he has turned his life around and the work he does to help rehabilitate former child soldiers.
